DanielleandCompany.com offers FREE STANDARD UPS GROUND SHIPPING on all merchandise orders $69 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $69 a flat rate of $10.00 will be applied.

Alaska & Hawaii Shipping Charges

Residents of Alaska, Hawaii will be charged an additional $15 per order. We cannot guarantee timely shipping to these locations. We only offer UPS 2 Day AIR and Next Day AIR.
International/ P.O. Boxes & APO/EPO Orders
We do not ship international, P.O. Boxes or APO/EPO orders at this time.

Processing Time

Orders received between Monday and Friday are processed 2 to 3 business days. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will go into the system for processing on Monday.

For Saturday Delivery, add $25.00

Overnight Shipping

Overnight shipping is available on orders placed before noon, EST, Monday through Friday. Overnight orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

All return claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise for a refund. Due to the nature of our products, refunds will only be accepted when the item is unused & unopened in its original packaging. Refunds will be provided in the same method of payment as used for the original purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable & return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Only current merchandise will be approved for returns. Defective merchandise will be replaced.
